Seasonal positions:
1. Sales and order fulfillment - Job requirements
and responsibilities include: A. Computer skills with
knowledge in Photoshop and RAW file proprietary imaging
software. B. Order fulfillment including printing,
posting and handling. D. Office and event sales and
service.
2. Photographers - With their own professional digital
SLR equipment are preferred. However, we will train
the right candidate with our equipment.
3. Raft Guides - Our guide school and training program
comprise a total of 140 hours scheduled on weekends
March - May. Cost is $500 per person. Jobs with SNO
are not guaranteed. SNO hires the most qualified graduates
depending on our guide requirements for the season.
Most guide school candidates participate for the training
and certifications, not necessarily for a job. Graduates
from our school are qualified as commercial raft guides
on class II and III whitewater with some class IV
training. Guide school includes certifications in
CPR, Basic First Aid, and Swift Water Rescue; personal
training logs detailing total river miles, hours,
river difficulty, flow levels, detailed skills list
including river sections and craft trained on; documentation
signed by our head trainer. SNO guide school is limited
to 8 candidates per season.
