Orders, Prints and Digital Images:
Ordering and Payment Policy:
SNO accepts credit card, e-checks, and e-mail payments
via PayPal on our web site. We accept phone orders
via personal check or money order. We do not accept
phone credit card payments.
To order with a personal check or money order, please
provide the following information:
1. The specific "photo gallery" your image
was posted in. 2. Date and individual photo numbers
(PPS####). 3. The print sizes your ordering. 4. Total
purchase price. 5. Shipping and handling charges at
$1.50 per image. 6. Nevada sales tax at 7.375%. 7.
Your shipping address, telephone #, and email address.
If this information is incomplete or incorrect, we
can not process your order until corrected. Make checks
payable and mail to the address below.
Processing and Return Policy:
Due to digital scanning technologies, SNO does not
provide refunds on photo purchases.
However, if a print is damaged in shipping, return
the item for replacement in it's original package
to:

Once SNO receives your returned item, we will notify
you on receipt and replace it for free. Returned items
will be replaced within fifteen business days.
SNO guarentees our photos to be of the highest professional
quality. All prints and digital media orders are provided
at a minimum of 300 DPI. We print on Kodak Ultima
Photo paper.
SNO processes and ships orders within ten business
days of your order date by first class US mail. Please
allow a minimum of fifteen days to receive your photo.
On some occasions, shipping addresses are provided
incomplete. If this happens it will delay your order
until we can contact you via email to recieve your
proper shipping address. If an item is returned to
us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address,
we will contact you to let you know. You will be responsible
for a second shipping cost. This must be paid prior
to a second shipping.
Commercial and Corporate Imaging:
Our reputaion for professional quality imaging is
the most important service we offer. We guarentee
our images to be of the highest professional quality.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your
final product or images, we will re-shoot the set
until you are fully satisfied with the final images.
